Washington DC natives Deep and Raje exploded onto the EDM scene in the summer of 1992. Home to several world-class DJ and Production teams such as Deep Dish and Thievery Corporation, Odessa has clearly left their mark. Undoubtedly one of America's most dynamic musical duos, Odessa's name has become synonymous with the core musical landscape of the Nation's Capital.

Deep and Raje began spinning house and UK breakbeats, then gradually shifted to the deep, tech-edged progressive house and atmospheric drum & bass sound that has become the hallmark of their style and production efforts. Since that time, Odessa has experimented with various genres of musical art. From Indian classical to Brazilian bossa nova, Odessa has left no stone unturnedin their global panorama.

They served as resident DJs and music programmers for some of the East Coast's top electronic music events. Party-goers from all over have come to groove to their unique and edgy sets. Over the years, Odessa's acclaim as DJs and Producers has continued to grow allowing them choice opportunities to play at some of North America's most unforgettable venues and alongside some of the world's top DJs including Fatboy Slim, Deep Dish, and DJ Krush.

What does the future hold for these two musical architects? After moving to New York, Odessa is currently in the studio working on their next assemblage of genre fusion tracks. Utilizing their accomplishments in various experimental styles, their new album promises to be a mind-bending journey destined to, yet again, alter the musical landscape.
